Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business, such as a motor vehicle maintenance business in violation of the self-management of motor vehicles shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation of the National Land;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authority on March 2, 2017, carried out the automobile maintenance business, with painting tools, etc. at the first floor of the commercial building located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, and carried out the automobile maintenance business, such as painting and sand trading in front of the left-hand fence of the CNA Scoo-si car, and receiving 30,000 won of the repair cost.

2. A person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business, such as a motor vehicle maintenance business in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act, on April 13, 2017 shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authority on April 13, 2017, carried out the automobile maintenance business, without having the seal, tools, etc. at the first floor of the commercial building located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, and carried out the car maintenance business, such as having the seal, etc. on the top of the steering gate of the Serial ton vehicle, and receiving KRW 50,000,000 from the repair cost.

Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business of 2017 High 2433 shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation of the National Land.

Nevertheless, around July 6, 2017, the Defendant did not register with the competent authority on the first floor of the commercial building located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City building B, but installed a tool, such as a melting machine necessary for the maintenance of automobiles, and replaced it by cutting away the coordinates and headlights of the DSS5 si, and carried out the e-francing sand trading work in front of the E-francing vehicle.
