1. The Defendant is on the ground that the title trust is terminated on August 29, 2018 with respect to the 3,725 square meters of Pyeongtaek-si land to the Plaintiff.

1. On July 7, 2006, the Plaintiff indicated the claim under title trust to the Defendant by having completed the registration of ownership preservation under the name of the Defendant.

The Plaintiff terminated the title trust by serving a duplicate of the instant complaint. As such, the Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer based on the termination of the title trust with respect to the real estate stated in the disposition.
