1. Defendant K Sang-si Development Cooperative falls under the list of the transfer registration of ownership in attached Form 3 from the Plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
(a) the status of the parties 1) Defendant KHA Development Association (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant KA”)
The members of the Seoul Jung-gu M through N,O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, and V in February 1995 are composed of six underground floors above the ground of each land, fifteenth above ground, and officetel buildings (hereinafter referred to as “K”) under the ground of each land.
2) Defendant L Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant L Co., Ltd.”) was established on December 11, 199 for the maintenance of K stores and the performance of duties related to the management and the revitalization of commercial buildings.
3) Plaintiffs A, B, C, D, and E (hereinafter “Plaintiff A, etc.”)
B) From around 1996 to 2001, the Defendant Union and K stores of 70 and 8 were agreed to sell the stores in the unit of Gu unit, and as the price therefor, the number of buyers who paid the money stated in the aggregate of the amounts stated in the list of bond certificates 1 to 5, such as the purchase price in attached Form 2, to the Defendant Union. Meanwhile, around 2000, W entered into an agreement with the Defendant Union to allow the purchase of 8th class 206 units of K, and paid the purchase price of 38,60,000, development cost of 12,000,000, total of 50,000 won to the Defendant Union. 4) After completing the registration of ownership transfer as to each unit of building unit of stores in the Defendant Union on December 30, 200, the Plaintiff Association registered as the owner of the collective building register in the name of the Plaintiff Association and then completed the registration of ownership transfer as to each unit of the Plaintiff Association’s ownership transfer.
In addition, with respect to the 206th 8th 8th 206 above, the defendant union completed the registration of ownership transfer due to the sale as the Seoul Central District Court No. 20336, Apr. 12, 2001.
5) Following the death of W, Plaintiff F, G, H, I, and J (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s heir”) (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s heir”).
) The W Property was jointly inherited by 1/5 each in respect of inheritance.
(b) The terms of the sales contract shall be K stores.
