A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 11, 2012.

1. The victim C-related criminal defendant was the victim C-related person from the end of December 2008 to March 2010, and was living together in the Defendant’s house located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. However, as the Defendant was detained in the crime of fraud around August 2010 due to the suspicion of deceiving the victim’s mother E, the victim’s mother.

Since then, the victim C began to reside with the victim G and the victim E in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. A.

On November 14, 2012, at around 09:15, the Defendant: (a) opened a door door which was not corrected against the will of the victims; and (b) intrudes the victims’ residence by opening a plan; (c) around 11:20 on the same day, the Defendant used the face of the victims’ G (the age of 27) at the H district unit of the Seoul Sungdong Police Station, and was investigated into the said residential intrusion; and (d) assaulted the victims’ G (the age of 27) at one time on the floor.

(2) On December 2, 2012, at around 13:00, the Defendant entered the victim’s residence in the same way against the victim’s will, and invaded upon the victim’s residence, and the victim E (here, 79 years of age) did not fully repay KRW 1 million borrowed from the Defendant, and assaulted the victim E’s bage by breath and sphering the victim E.

(3) On December 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s residence in the same way against the victim’s will; (b) invaded the victim’s residence in the same way; (c) around 17:10 on the same day, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head debt by hand on the ground that the victim’s G (27 years old) did not withdraw the case reported as a crime of intrusion upon residence and assault within the 112 patrol vehicle located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul; and (d) around 17:10 on the same day, the victim G (27 years old) did not withdraw.

B. The Defendant is injured.
