Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on January 3, 2013 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 11, 2013.

At around 16:30 on November 13, 2012, the Defendant inhaled toxic chemicals at the entrance of a vinyl paper, which contains a part of the “tolucco” in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, the residence of the friendship C, and by inserting a part of the “tolucco” in a vinyl paper.
