Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

피고인, C, D, E, F, G, H은 2015. 10. 8. 20:00 경부터 같은 날 22:30 경까지 서울 동작구 I, 지하 2 층에 있는 C의 집에서 화투 20 장을 이용하여 선이 5 장씩 4개의 패를 만들어 놓으면 참가자들이 한 패에 10,000원에서 50,000 만원씩 돈을 건 뒤, 5 장의 패 중 3 장 합의 뒷자리가 0이 되도록 조합하고 나머지 2 장 합의 뒷자리가 높은 사람이 승리하는 방식으로 수십 회에 걸쳐 속칭 ‘ 도리 짓고땡’ 이라는 도박을 함께 하였다.
