Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On April 4, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 500,000 from F to the Agricultural Cooperative Account after taking up approximately 1g of psychotropic drugs, at the office of the Defendant, the second floor E Co., Ltd., the 2nd floor E in Ansan-si, a building, and transferred KRW 500,000 to F, and administered approximately 0.03 g of Handphones from the Defendant’s office in a coffee.

2. On April 6, 2014, the Defendant purchased 50,000 won from the said Defendant’s office by sending approximately 1g of philopon to F’s Agricultural Cooperative Account, after taking up approximately 500,000 won from F.

3. On June 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 1.4g Handphones from F from the above Defendant’s office; (b) remitted KRW 700,000 to F’s Agricultural Account; and (c) purchased Handphones.

4. At around June 18, 2015 to 22:00 on June 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) asked G to purchase writingphones at the above Defendant’s office; (b) purchased 200,000 won from G; and (c) purchased 0.21g from G, which G purchased from H after diving; and (d) administered phiphones at around 22:10 on the same day, at the above Defendant’s office, using approximately 0.07g of phiphones to put them on coffees.

5. On July 5, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant administered philophones by dilution water with approximately 0.07g of philophones at the toilet of the above Defendant’s office using a disposable injection device, and then injection them into arms.
