A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On December 14, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment by the Seoul Western District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (use and photographing of cameras, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence on April 13, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On February 16, 2018, from around 00:35 to around 01:25 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a 1st floor door and opened a 5th floor door, which had not been corrected in mind that the Defendant would satisfy the Defendant’s sexual desire by being in charge of smelling the clothes in Jongno-gu Seoul, which was managed by the Victim C (V) during the period from around 00:35 to around 01:25 of the same day; (b) opened a 5th floor door and opened a 5th floor door, which was not corrected in the 5th floor for women’s exclusive use by using stairs; and (c) opened the 5th floor door and opened the 4th floor door, which was discovered to the Victim F (hereinafter referred to as “the 21 year old”), which was in the room where the windows of the 508th floor were installed, and was not corrected in the 4th floor, both men and women’s common use by means of stairs.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the victim C’s structure, and attempted to intrude the victim F’s residence.

2. On February 17, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at around 00:51 on February 17, 2018, the Defendant entered the password, which was known at the time of residing in the publicly notified telesing telesing teles, with the intent to meet the Defendant’s sexual desire, by taking in charge of smelling around 0:51 on February 17, 2018, and went out by the victim C, who was an exclusive female-only female-only female-only victim, and escaped from the elevator after opening the first floor door and getting out of the six floors, using stairs.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim C.

3. The Defendant committed the crime of February 18, 2018 from around 02:10 to around 02:45 on the same day, entered the password that he/she came to know at the time of residence of the Defendant in the public notice room as he/she thought that he/she would be able to perform the Defendant’s sexual desire by being in charge of smelling in the said public notice room from around 02:10 on February 18, 2018, and opened the first floor door and opened the first floor door to the fourth floor of the male and female public.
