A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around August 2012, the Defendant borrowed money from other persons as university students without certain incomes, and thus, did not have any intent or ability to repay the principal and interest on the agreed date, and there was no intention or ability to sell the Healing Center to other persons, since Iurco did not own the building in Busan Becco.

Nevertheless, the defendant had a mind to use money with the victim C who had a relationship with the victim C as if he had a refluence and used money.

1. On August 8, 2012, the Defendant phoneed to the victim C and received KRW 202,00,000 from the victim who believed the horses to be transferred KRW 5 million to the Agricultural Cooperative (E) account in the name of the Defendant on the ground that “The money was deposited in the passbook within the bank. It is urgently necessary to pay KRW 5,00,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.”

2. On December 3, 2012, the Defendant was transferred KRW 3 million from the victim who believed the horses to the Agricultural Cooperative (F) account in the name of the Defendant by phoneing the victim at the same place as the preceding paragraph, and making a false statement to the victim, stating that “If the situation of the instant house is unfilled and the money is loaned to more than three million won, it shall be repaid.”

On December 24, 2012, the Defendant was transferred KRW 60 million from the victim who believed the horses to the Agricultural Cooperative (E) account in the name of the Defendant on December 24, 2012, by phoneing to the victim, stating that “I will have a veck fling center located in the Busan veckco, and I will have the veck veck veck veck vec vec vec vec vec vec vec vec vec vec vec vec vec vec ves. If I lend KRW 60 million to the Hec vec vec ve

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, received a total of KRW 68 million over three times, and acquired it by fraud.
