1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 222,150,625 to the Plaintiff; and (b) KRW 5% per annum from March 24, 2015 to June 2, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company aimed at urban development, district unit planning, maintenance plan, etc., and the Defendant is a company aimed at urban development, real estate development, etc.

B. On September 17, 2013, C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) entered into a technical service agreement with D (hereinafter “C”) on a set of KRW 900,000,00 for the preparation of related books with respect to the designation of the F Urban Development Project Zone (hereinafter “instant project”), with respect to the E-si area, and D entered into a technical service agreement with C on a set of KRW 510,00,00 with respect to the designation of the urban development project zone and the civil engineering design, etc. among the duties that entered into a technical service agreement with C as seen above, around October 2013, the Defendant entered into a sub-technical service agreement with the Defendant on a set of KRW 510,00,00 with respect to the designation of the instant urban development project zone and the farmland conversion consultation, impact assessment, land substitution review (hereinafter “instant service agreement”). The main contents of the instant service agreement are as follows.

Section 1. (General Provisions) This contract shall be implemented with B/Representative Director G (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and A/Representative H (hereinafter referred to as “B”) in accordance with the principle of trust and good faith, as stipulated in the mutual agreement.

Article 3 (Scope of Performance of Duties and Services) (1) “B” shall complete the services in good faith in accordance with the standards of laws and regulations related to the above services by the deadline for completion of the above services.

(2) The scope of services “B” shall include all of the matters set forth in the following subparagraphs in the scope of services:

- The foregoing value: approximately 277,657.11 square meters - The main duties of the services designated as the area of an urban development project zone in Gyeonggi-do;
