Punishment of the crime

When the Defendant was unable to obtain a high school grade certificate required by the above school to be incorporated into the East National University, the Defendant forged a false sexual certificate to D in e-mail with the Defendant’s mother, on December 17, 2016, stating the Defendant’s home located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and 106 on the form of a sexual certificate by using the computer.

(v) printing the above sexual certificate, and then sending the official seal of the above school by international mail after forging it.

The above D, upon the above request of the defendant, made a person whose name in China is unknown, forged the official seal of the above school, printed out the above sexual certificate received from the defendant, affixed the forged official seal of the above school on the forged sexual certificate, and sent the above forged sexual certificate and the forged official seal to the defendant through international mail.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above D’s name and unknown persons, forged one of the instant school official seal, which is a private document, for the purpose of submitting it to the said university.

1. The defendant, on the grounds of sentencing under Article 48(1)2 of the Criminal Act, committed the instant crime.
