Defendant
C On October 17, 2014, the Cheongju District Court sentenced two years of suspension of execution to six months of imprisonment for fraud, which became final and conclusive on October 25, 2014.
1. On September 28, 2014, Defendant A proposed that, around 16:00 on the roads near Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-do, Defendant C and Defendant B “I would like to receive an agreement from P by means of a high-level traffic accident.” Defendant C and B agreed to the above proposal and agreed to the above proposal that the victim P(n, 32 years of age) would intentionally take the bicycle on a vehicle driving with drinking alcohol and caused an accident, and then, Defendant C and B conspired to pay the amount of money under the agreement, i.e., the victim’s attitude to report to the investigation agency if the victim did not know the agreement.
Accordingly, from around 23:00 on September 29, 2014, Defendant A performed alcohol with the victim from “R” operated by the victim of Q in Jincheon-gun Q, Jincheon-gun, and Defendant B and Defendant C waiting in the air outside the above singing room on September 30, 2014, Defendant A coming out of the said singing room, and Defendant B called Defendant B by telephone that “on the last day of singing. P is observed by P, the accident,” and waiting in a car stopped near the said singing room.
After September 30, 2014, the victim got out of the above singing room, Defendant A instructed Defendant C to “P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. C, Defendant C confirmed the victim’s driving of the vehicle, and Defendant B conveyed to Defendant B “A. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P. P.P., the victim driven the bicycle, and Defendant B intentionally received the left part of the vehicle of S.P.P.
Then, at around 03:30 on September 30, 2014, Defendant C calls the victim at the location of Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-do, and pretended to be the victim B of the said traffic accident.
