Where land or buildings are acquired en bloc, the method of calculating acquisition value;

Since it is reasonable to deem that the value of the land and buildings acquired en bloc falls under a case where it is unclear that the value of the land and buildings, etc. acquired en bloc constitutes a case where the actual acquisition value is calculated by calculating the proportional amount

The contents of the decision shall be the same as attached.

The appeal shall be dismissed.

The costs of appeal are assessed against the plaintiff.

The records of this case and the judgment of the court below and the grounds of appeal were examined. However, the grounds of appeal by the appellant are not included in the grounds under each subparagraph of Article 4(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Appeals, which are published in the final appeal procedure, or are recognized to be groundless. Thus, the appeal is dismissed under Article 5 of the same Act.
