Reasons
1. Common facts:
A. The Plaintiff operates a personal business entity with a trade name, “D,” which manufactures and sells electronic parts, and the Defendant is a cargo transport business entity.
B. The Plaintiff entered into an international transportation consignment agreement with the Defendant and supplied goods to Chinese customers via the Defendant.
