Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendants received the instruction from the person who was not aware of his name on July 29, 2014, and tried to commit the above crimes in the vicinity of the Yeongdeungpo Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on July 29, 2014, and Defendant B received the cash card and password for the account of community credit cooperatives (H) in the name of G to be used for committing the crime in the vicinity of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office at around 20:00 on the same day, and around July 30, 2014, Defendant B received the cash card and password from the person who was not aware of his name from his name, and called “the telephone number will be suspended.” The victim called “the victim will be suspended.” In order to confirm it, the victim’s phone number will be divided into zero times.”
