On July 9, 2013, the Defendant driven the car at a distance of about 1.5 km from the front road of the Dondong-gun, Chang-gu, Chang-gu, Chang-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the front road of the Dondong-gun, which is located in the Dondong-gu, Chang-gu, Chang-gu, Seoul, Seoul, a city with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.21% on July 21, 2013.
