A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 14:20 on June 6, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving a free license) driving of Crocketing car under the influence of alcohol of about 0.230% of the blood alcohol concentration without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of approximately 1.5km from the distance south of the Shocho-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul to the front day of the “Gu cafeteria cafeteria” located in the same Eup Kimcheon-ri.

2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle as set forth in paragraph (1) of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

On June 6, 2013, at around 14:20, the Defendant proceeded at a speed of about 30 to 40 km in the city, depending on a two-lane road in front of a sexual bath in the Sin Chang-gu Kimcheon-gu Kimcheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Seoul, with a two-lanes road in front of a sexual bath.

At this point, there was a center line of yellow-ray, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to accurately operate the steering and brake system and safely operate the system to prevent accidents by safely operating the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected to do so and went along the center line by negligence, was driven by the victim D (year 75) who was driving in the opposite opposite lane, in front of the left side of the Defendant’s vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, caused the victim to die from low-blood shocks caused by diversified long-term damage on the job, immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim.
