Defendant
A is the president of the “K” game room in J and II levels, who is in exclusive charge of the actual operation and management of the game room, and Defendant B is the co-owner of the above game room building by leasing the building from the owner L of the above game room building, and granting the operating funds necessary for the purchase, etc. of the game machine to A to use it for the operation of the game room. Defendant C is the head of the money exchange in the above game room, Defendant D is the employee of the above game room, Defendant D is the person who works for the above game room, and Defendant E is the co-owner who invested KRW 25 million in the above game room and received criminal proceeds.

Although Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C’s game work provided for the distribution or use of, or displayed or stored for, a game product different from the content classified by the Game Rating Board, the Defendants selected and purchased the game machine in the above game room from the end of October 2012 to December 11 of the same year, and Defendant B provided for the purchase and installation of the game machine.
