Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2017, at around 11:31, the Defendant driven an Eststren car owned by the Defendant without the driver’s license from around 7 km to the roads of the model taxi office located in the center of the same Ycheon-gu, Ycheon-gun.
