A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2014, the Defendant paid KRW 55 million from the Korea Water Resources Corporation to the victim F to the owner of the H land and the building on the ground at E office located in Da in Ma in Ma in terms of harmony around 13:00, the Defendant would transfer his right to the migrants’s housing site if he paid KRW 50,000 to the victim F.
