The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 26, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) at the public service center of the Dong-gu in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-dong, Gwangju-gu, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant drafted a written confirmation of transfer of the name and a written performance statement by means of a document-based seal affixed in the name of the seller’s name, address, resident registration number, and each column “W, Gwangju-dong, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, AD, “AE,” and “AF AFAG,” written subsequent to the entry of the name, and then affixed a seal prior to the entry of the document, on the paper of the sale contract for the ownership of the previous housing site.

On December 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) presented to the victim CH who knew of the forgery at the mutual infinite coffee shop in Gwangju Nam-gu, Gwangju; (b) as seen above, he purchased the right to sell a housing site from the owner of the right to sell the migrants’s housing site in the name of counterfeit W, a written contract for the sale of the right to sell the housing site, a written promise for the transfer of the right to acquire the housing site; and (c) as if the written performance was duly established.

When paying money, the above JJ's right to sell the housing site is sold.

“A false representation was made.”

However, the above contract was forged as above, and the defendant did not purchase the right to sell the housing site from W, and therefore the victim has no such right.
