1. Nevertheless, from January 17, 2019 to June 11, 2019, Defendant A may charge an amount exceeding KRW 500,000 per month purchase limit differently from the actual rating classification at the above “DPC room” from March 23, 2019, and from June 11, 2019, Defendant A may charge an amount exceeding KRW 500,000 per month from the actual rating classification; and Defendant A may deposit money in a separate operating account to charge game money or exchange game money with money; Defendant A installed a so-called “H” or “I”, which was operated in the Internet illegal gambling site and operated in the form of the above online gambling site, with a program that allows an unspecified number of customers to have access to the above game money by using the same method as the above 10,000 won, and Defendant A provided so-called “game money” and 10,000 won (hereinafter “the above game money filling method”).
