Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants B’ joint crime is the head of Jindo-gun E fishing Village fraternity in Jindo-gun, and Defendant A is the head of the fishery industry who operates a fish farm farm in the entire uniforms as the members of the E fishing village fraternity.

On July 2017, the Defendants filed an application with G, who is a public official in charge of fisheries in the office of Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun Office, for “the E fishing village village fraternity anchor support project” (hereinafter “the anchor support project”) in 2017, and G was anticipated to file a civil petition in relation to the above project and requested Defendant B to submit the minutes of the fishing village fraternity after consultation with the members of the fishing village fraternity through the meeting of the fishing village fraternity.

On July 2017, when the Defendants prepared minutes of a meeting concerning anchor support projects (hereinafter “instant meeting”), the Defendants conspired to prepare a minutes of the meeting to the F-Myeon Office to the effect that the members who did not participate in the meeting to make the same appearance as the members who agreed to the anchor support project were present in the meeting.

A. On July 5, 2017, Defendant B prepared the minutes of the instant meeting with the request from Defendant A to prepare the minutes to the effect that the members, who did not attend the instant meeting, were present at the Lee Dong-gun E community hall located in Jindo-gun, Nam-gun, and that Defendant B was present at the meeting of this case, Defendant B signed the minutes of the instant meeting with the name of H, I, J, J, K, L, and M written at the meeting register of the participants who participated in the instant meeting without attending the meeting of this case, and affixed a seal, such as H, I, J, K, K, L, and M.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge a copy of the minutes in the name of H, I, J, K, L, or M, a private document concerning the proof of facts.

B. On July 5, 2017, Defendant A submitted the minutes of paragraph (a) of paragraph (1) delivered by Defendant B to the F-Myeon Office located in the N of Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, Namnam-do, to the public official in charge of fisheries.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to use a forged private document in H, I, J, K, L, or M.
