Defendant A, as the father of former police officers D, operated F points in Daegu Dong-gu E from August 2007 to June 2014.

Defendant

B, as the relative of former police officers D, worked as an employee at the KFI in the multi-level financially similar private-affiliated fund-raising company operated by G and H from November 2007 to October 2008. On September 10, 2015, the Daegu High Court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (mediation, etc.) against children, and was under execution of the sentence in the Daegu High Court.

Meanwhile, D was appointed as a police officer on October 17, 1998, and served as a police officer on December 31, 2003, and on June 25, 2007, after being promoted to a slope, and was removed from office on September 18, 2012, and served as a police officer on September 17, 1998, via the Criminal Justice of the Daegu Regional Police Agency, the JJ, and the Department of Police StationK of the Daegu Northern District Police Agency, through the Daegu Regional Police Agency, the JJ, and the Seoul Northern District Police Station, from May 4, 2004 to July 21, 2009, while serving as a police officer on a two-dimensional L Team, etc., who was in charge of economic investigation and other similar duties at the Police Station from July 22, 2009 to May 11, 2011.

『 전제사실』 H은 ㈜N, ㈜O, ㈜P, ㈜Q, ㈜R, ㈜S, ㈜T 등 25개( 매출금 분산 입금을 위한 소위 ‘B 법인 포함’) 불법 다단계 유사 수신업체의 행정부 사장으로, 회장인 G, 부회장 U, 영업 부사장 V 등 및 각 센터 장과 공모하여 2004. 경부터 2008. 10. 경까지 대구, 인천, 부산 등 지역에서 위 유사 수신업체들을 운영하면서 상습으로 7만 여 명의 피해자들을 상대로 약 5조 715억 원대 이상 규모의 금융 다단계 상습 사기 범행을 저지르고, 2008. 11. 2. 경 경찰 수사를 피해 중국으로 도주하여 도피 생활을 하다가, 2015. 10. 10. 경 중국에서 공안에 검거된 후 2015. 12. 16. 국내로 송환되었다.
