On August 31, 2016, from around 19:30 to around 21:30 of the same day, the Defendant discovered one set of 100 "Merest bicycle (market price equivalent to 700,000 won)" owned by the victim D, which is bound by locking in the columns side of the C private teaching institute parking lot located in Geum-gu B located in Busan Metropolitan City, and cut off using cutting machines, and cut off the said bicycle.
