Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to one year and three months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court Jeju District Court Branch on July 29, 2008; on December 29, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul High Court on July 17, 2013; on December 1, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul High Court on July 17, 2013; and on December 1, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the main branch of the Chuncheon District Court on April 22, 2017, as well as the completion of the execution of the sentence.
[Criminal facts]
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;
A. On June 16, 2017, at around 13:55, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim’s residence through the toilet window by using the rest of the victim’s house; and (b) cut off 24K-ro 1,50,000 worth KRW 3.75g, the sum of market prices owned by the victim and 24 K-ro 1,875g worth KRW 1,575g in total; and (c) cut off 24K-ro 1,575gs and 1.875gs.
B. The defendant 14:15 on the above day at the victim C's residence located in Gangwon-gun F, 14:15 on the same day, and the victim intrudes the victim's house into the victim's residence through the toilet window, and 14K 1,691,00 won in total at the victim's market price which is estimated to be KRW 5,69,00,000 in an amount equivalent to 14.25 g of the victim's house belonging to the victim's house, 14K 1,1.875 g of the victim's house, 14 K 14.125 g, 14 K 14.5 g, 7.5 g, 18.4 g of the victim's house and 14.5 g of the victim's house, and 14.5 g of K 7.4 g of the half g of the half g of the half g of the half 7.27 g g g.
