Punishment of the crime

On July 31, 2017, the Defendant driven B rocketing car at the section of about 2 km from 1630 meters to the front road of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with alcohol content of 0.160% (blood appraisal result) during blood transfusion at around 23:15.
