On April 14, 2014, the Defendant is driving a vehicle B ccoon owned by the Defendant in the section of approximately three kilometers from the right road 203 km-ro, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the right road 0.172% of alcohol content among blood transfusions at around 23:30,000.
