1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 23, 2003, F completed the registration of ownership transfer for the land size of 1,093 square meters as stated in the attached Table 1, F, on October 23, 2003, for the land size of 1,093 square meters in Incheon Siro-Gun G, Incheon. 203. 2) The real estate stated in the above paragraph (a) was transferred to H, Seojin-gun, Incheon, and 292 square meters in response to the division on April 8, 2005.

3) On January 12, 2006, F means “one parcel of land” in this case: G 695 square meters (hereinafter “instant one parcel of land”).

(B) On January 19, 2006, on the ground that the portion was donated as of January 12, 2006, the transfer registration was made in the name of E, and on the other portion, the F died on October 21, 2006, the transfer registration was made in the name of the Defendants, who are heirs. (B) On the ground that the F was registered as to the real estate listed in the attached Table 2, on December 19, 2003, the 1,006 square meters (hereinafter “instant 2 land”; and (c) on the land listed in the attached Table 2, the F completed the transfer registration for each of the instant land as of November 19, 2003.

2) On January 16, 2004, K made a provisional registration of the right to demand partial transfer of ownership on the land of this case on the ground of a pre-sale agreement as of January 15, 2004, and on the ground of sale as of January 15, 2004, K made a provisional registration of the right to demand partial transfer of ownership on the land of this case. The F made a registration of partial transfer of ownership on the ground of sale as of January 15, 2013. 3) on December 21, 2005 to E, a spouse, made a registration of partial transfer of ownership on the land of this case on the ground of donation as of December 20, 2005.

C. The parties’ relevant F was married with E on November 28, 1984 and was divorced from E on December 21, 2005.

2. After the death of the Plaintiff’s assertion F, E, who was the legal representative of the Defendants, the inheritor, on behalf of the Defendants, is the name of the Plaintiff on January 25, 2007 between the Plaintiff, L, M, etc.
