1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is an organization in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City and a management consignment agreement with the owner of Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant C”).

The Plaintiff’s assertion is a person who directly occupies and manages the instant C and has a duty to install a safety net using robbery or materials to the extent that the safety net is not fast, and at least to the spectators who view in the audience seats, the safety net may be pushed down to the strong so that the safety net may not be seen. However, even though the Defendant is obliged to do so, it did not display any indication. Then, the Defendant displayed a risk mark after the instant accident occurred.

Therefore, the accident of this case should be installed with safety signs or risk signs so that the defendant's structures are installed or preserved, and ② the audience can safely view the game.
