A. On January 20, 201, the Plaintiff is the owner of one unit of multi-family house and one unit of multi-family house on each land in Seopopopo City B and C, and the remainder of one unit of building is D.

(hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant buildings”) contracted construction works (hereinafter referred to as “instant construction works”) from January 20, 201 to July 20, 2011 by setting the construction period of KRW 560,000 (including value-added tax) and the construction period of KRW 560,000,000.

B. Around August 2011, the Defendant completed the instant construction, and the Plaintiff and D obtained approval for the use of each of the instant buildings from the Seopool Viewers around that time.

A. The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion asserts that the Defendant did not take any measures even after receiving a request for defect repair from the Plaintiff even though there was any defect such as rupture, water leakage, etc. in each of the instant buildings due to the Defendant’s defective construction. As such, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay damages in lieu of defect repair and delay damages to the Plaintiff.
