Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2016, at around 03:00, the Defendant took a bath by the police officer affiliated with the Seoul Yongsan Police Station D Police Station D, who was dispatched after receiving a report that the Defendant wraps with foreigners on the roads prior to the convenience store located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and asked for the presentation of identification cards, etc., the Defendant took a bath with “police arms, this sprink.” The Defendant carried out three times the chests and booms of the above E by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on criminal investigation and prevention of crimes.
