Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C were residing in Jeonnam-gun, Namnam-gun, and the defendant's house did not have sufficient appraisal of the victim on the grounds that the victim raised an objection against the malodor problem of sewage discharged from the defendant's house.

1. Around December 21, 2015, the Defendant threatened the victim with the victim’s house located in the Namnam-gun E, Namnam-gun, saying, on the ground that the victim’s telephone was a malodor-related malodor-related problem, that the victim “I will kill the mother’s house.”
