1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company with the objective of leasing and executing real estate, etc., and the Defendant is a regional housing association that promotes the new construction of a regional housing association in Gangseo-si C.

B. On October 2015, the Defendant Promotion Committee entered into the PMF service contract with the Defendant and D Company entered into a PE service contract (hereinafter “instant PE service contract”) with respect to the new construction of apartment units on the ground of the regional housing association on the ground of Gangnam-si, Seoul (hereinafter “instant project”) and its main contents are as follows.

1. Title of contract: PM services for the new construction project of the District Housing Association; and

2. Size of a contract: It shall be substituted by the terms of a pM service contract;

3. Amount of service costs: A shall be the payment key to B of the sum of 10 million won per household constructed at the cost of MF services for the construction of a new apartment of the said regional housing association at the cost of the foregoing regional housing association at the cost of the construction of the apartment (10,000,5.A.T.).
