Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2014, at around 19:20, the Defendant driven a Cwp freight vehicle without a car driver's license on a section of about 3 km up to the front road of the Yong-dong MG Saemaul Undong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Seoul, without a car driver's license.
