A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 6372] On August 6, 2017, at around 17:08, the Defendant was placed in a household with two books and multiple books, the total market price of which is equivalent to KRW 203,700, which is managed by the victim D, by taking advantage of the gaps of employees’ surveillance negligence in the first floor above Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, Seocho-gu, Seoul around August 6, 2017, and stolen them.

1. Larceny;

A. B. Along about about 20 minutes, such as “one year’s treatment,” it obstructed the business of the victim’s store by force by avoiding disturbances throughout about 20 minutes, such as putting the objects in the display stand on the floor.
