Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 7,000,000, respectively.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On November 2010, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act by requesting the said G to produce more wide range than the specifications (2,495m) the 14 tons of the wing F, which he/she owned by the Defendant, with respect to the “H” of the G management located in the G management in the G management in the G management in the G management in the G management in the G management in the Gyeongbuk-gun, the Defendant installed the goods loading on the said cargo vehicle with a width of 2,545m in width on November 201, 2010 through the said G management, which was accepted by the Defendant.
B. On May 3, 2010, the Defendant violated the Act on the Budgeting and Management of Subsidies: (a) around 20:13, 2010, via the portable oil vehicle of the “Korea Gas station” located in the Gu and AmericaJ, the Defendant paid the boiler oil to the Defendant’s L 15 tons truck owned by the Defendant; (b) applied for a fuel subsidy under the presumption that the Defendant would have 190.08 liter via the new bank oil auxiliary card as if it were limited to that of the victim Daegu-gu Office, Daegu-gu; and (c) applied for a fuel subsidy under the presumption that the Defendant would have ever passed through the new bank oil auxiliary card as if it were limited to that of the victim’s 63,671 won; and (d) thereafter, from that time to March 8, 2011, the Defendant received the fuel subsidy of KRW 63,671 from the victim by the aforementioned method using the oil card of the new bank, etc., as listed in the attached Table 1 of the crime day.
2. The Defendant: (a) was a person who leased and operated “N station” located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si from around May 201 to December 31, 2010; (b) around July 14, 2010, the Defendant sold 470,000 won of boiler oil, such as boiler, to L 15 tons truck from around December 16, 2010 via mobile-type oil driving vehicles, from around 19:02; and (c) sold 39 times in total, including the 17,724,000 won of boiler oil, such as boiler oil, to a truck.
