1. The punishment of the defendant shall be determined by six months;

Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sent a notice of disposition to notify the offender as a violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act from the slope E belonging to the Chungcheongnam-gu Police Station D commander of the Chungcheongnam-gu Police Station, Chungcheongnam-gu, Busan, upon receiving 112 a report that the proprietor avoideds the disturbance at C cafeteria located in Seosan-si B; and (b) assaulted the Defendant, i.e., “I must do so”, “I do so”, and ii) one time to drink the horses of the above E.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
