Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who raises a wounded person caused by negligence shall have a duty of care to ensure that no safety accident may be caused by lest a dog is intending to cause another person or may not commit any threatening act by simply combining the shoulder lines;

Nevertheless, at around 08:30 on May 4, 2019, the Defendant suffered injury, such as “a knee’s knee’s knee’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne, kne’s kne’s kne, kne’s kne’s kne, and kne’s open kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s

2. Any person who violates the Animal Protection Act shall ensure that he/she does not place an injury due to the bating of a bat line, lighting, etc. in cases of raising by using a bat line for the purpose of return;

Nevertheless, on June 25, 2019, the Defendant neglected the management while raising a b2-month line at the Defendant’s house located in Daegu Dong-gu B’s house, Daegu-gu, and neglected to do so, and caused an injury to the Defendant out of approximately 10cm in the part of the said fat dog.
