Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who violates the Management of Mountainous Districts Act against Defendant A shall obtain permission from the competent authority to convert a mountainous district;

Nevertheless, Defendant A lent the name to Defendant C, who was known to the general public, for the purpose of completing the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the forest land located in Gyeongnam-gun G G, Busan-gun, which he agreed to purchase from B, and Defendant C entered into a mutual title trust agreement with his consent to lend the name to Defendant C.

On May 2, 2012, the Defendants conspired to sell the said G forest 59,783 square meters, 7,093 square meters in H, and 1,193 square meters in the name of Defendant C, the title trustee, in accordance with the above title trust agreement, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for the reason of sale on April 1, 2012 under the name of Defendant C, the title trustee.

The Defendant, from November 26, 201 to April 201, 201, did not obtain permission from the competent authorities, from the forests and fields on the aggregate of five parcels, as described in the attached Table 2, including the J-gun of Busan Cheongnam-gun, and as indicated in the attached Table 2.
