Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At each time when the defendant takes a common alcohol, there was a dispute between the tenant victim D(57 years of age) and the minor problem that the tenant live together in his/her detached house in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu.

1. On August 5, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a visit from the victim’s room located in the said detached house without the victim’s permission; (b) went into the victim’s room, and intrudes into the victim’s room; and (c) took the victim’s hump to “whether or not the victim’s director is not a director of this hump”; and (d) damaged the victim’s market price owned by the victim who was on his/her top, by pushing the 1.8-liter of mountain lumper by

On August 10, 2014, around 20:30, the Defendant intruded into the victim’s room by the foregoing method, and took the victim’s bath, “whether or not the director is fright,” and assaulted the victim by debrising the victim’s breath, and then, damaged the victim’s market price on the top of the ship by gathering one disease of the non-merchants in the ceiling.

3. On September 201, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s room at the same place as above, and assaulted the victim by breaking the victim’s blap with his hand.

On September 1, 2014, at around 19:00, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s room by the foregoing method, and assaulted the victim by scambling the victim’s back head, thereby damaging the victim’s back head, and destroying the market price of five influences by pushing the victim’s fluoral disease.

5. On October 3, 2014, around 19:00, the Defendant intruded into the victim’s room by the aforementioned method.

6. On October 15, 2014, around 19:00, the Defendant intruded into the victim’s room by the aforementioned method at the same place, and used the victim to gather plastic glass disease from the victim.
