A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Criminal facts

On January 16, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on January 16, 2003; imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul Western District Court on August 22, 2006; imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months; and imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul Northern District Court on August 18, 2008; imprisonment with prison labor for three years on September 27, 2013; and imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul High Court on May 9, 2016; and the execution of the sentence is completed nine times.

1. On June 24, 2016, at around 02:00, the Defendant cut off 2040,000 won of the victim’s management of the apartment in Silung City, from 205 to 208, the victim’s apartment management E apartment in the victim’s D apartment management, which is the head of the apartment management office located in Silung City, by cutting off the street enjoys connected to the fire fighting fighting ices and putting them into a kart, and then moving them into a kart, the Defendant cut off 68 the victim’s management.
