At around 02:45 on October 25, 201, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim for about 50 minutes on the ground that 4 police officers working in C and B were heard the situation of the victim D in the region belonging to B and recommended him to return home, after becoming a dispute with the taxi engineer C due to the problem of taxi charges, and he heard the situation of the victim D, who was in the region belonging to B and he paid the taxi expenses to the Defendant and recommended him to return home.
