Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of a passenger car in B-owned Crops.

On August 31, 2014, the Defendant driving the said vehicle as its businesses around 19:30, and proceeded to the intersection of the Dae-dong Large-dong in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju, with the speed unspeeded in the direction of the department store in the direction of viewing.
