Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is equipped with four rooms, one waiting room, one kitchen, and one carbr, etc. in Incheon Nam-gu B building 601, and operates a sexual traffic business establishment by publicizing the trade name “D” on the Internet site C, and E is a person who works as a head of the office from February 13, 2013 to guide women in sexual traffic business establishments.

The Defendant, in collusion with E on February 26, 2013, received 35,00 won from the customer F who was found in the above business place on February 19, 2013, and had sexual traffic women G engage in the act of similarity by inducing the circumstances by neglecting the customer’s sexual organ by entering and leaving the business place, and at around 19:30 on the same day, received 35,000 won from H who was found to be a customer to the above business place and had the above G do the act of similarity in the same way, and received 35,000 won from I who was found to be a customer at around 19:45 on the same day, and had the above G do the act of similarity in the same way, and arranged sexual traffic through several occasions from October 1, 2012 to February 26, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with E to arrange commercial sex acts.
