A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than four months, and for not less than five or six months, for each of the crimes set forth in the judgment of the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of the imprisonment with prison labor for eight months due to a indecent act committed by Busan District Court on January 20, 2018, which became final and conclusive on January 20, 2018.

Defendant,

Around 11:00 on October 20, 2017, the victim E-rayed into the victim E-house located in the Simpo-gu Busan, through stairs, and the victim stolen five throdes (panty typ and brode) of the total market value of which the victim prompts and opened by means of crode, which correspond to KRW 200,000,000;

5. On January 30, 2018, around 11:00, the victim Nos. 4 above intrudes into the house rooftop of the victim E, and then 5 of the victim’s clothes (bresh) in the market value of 100,000 won that the victim rapidly gets and has been opened by means of stairs;

6. On April 16, 2018, around 16:46, the victim’s 2nd paragraph (2) invaded by means of cutting a bridge on the side rooftop on the rooftop of the victim’s house D, and then 6 of the victim’s clothes sets (panty and brode) worth KRW 150,000,000 in the market price of which the victim was rapidly going and personalized. The summary of evidence was stolen.
