A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from April 1, 2007 to July 8, 2015, is a person who operated a petroleum sales business in the trade name “E” from Jeju City from around July 1, 2015.

No petroleum retailer shall sell petroleum, secondary fuel oil, bio-fuel diesel, bio-carbon, solvents, lubric oil, base oil, light oil for ships, and intermediate petroleum products as fuel for automobiles, etc.

1. On September 23, 201, the Defendant violated the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act with respect to tourist buses: (a) received a request from a bus engineer I who belongs to H to the victim of G on the street near the G Nocheon-si (F) for inserting fuel; (b) sold 147L, such as oil, by drinking around 147L; and (c) sold approximately approximately 576,591L, such as the list Nos. 1 through 15 of the annexed crime list, as indicated in the annexed crime list No. 2,909.

2. On August 1, 2013, the Defendant violated the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act for dump trucks, etc.: (a) received a request to put K dump trucks into fuel from an influorous article that operates K dump trucks in front of the J building at Ycheon-si; (b) sold light oil 216L by drinking it; and (c) sold approximately 4,946 times, such as the entry Nos. 16 through 40 of the list of crimes in attached Form 16 to 40.

As a result, the Defendant sold approximately 7,855 U.S. oil 2,01,561L as fuel for cars and others.
