Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:50 on February 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed a desire to be “scam” under the influence of alcohol on the ground that he did not inquire about the water distribution by a witness B, and (b) made a noise in the public office for about one hour on the ground that he did not know about the water distribution by a witness B, and (c) made a noise in the public office for about one-time, such as raising the word of “scam”, raising the character of the police officer, repeating the same speech as the person’s parents, scambling, and drinking the table.
