A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Sale of philophones to D;

A. On July 16, 2015, the Defendant deposited KRW 600,000 from D to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of E used by the Defendant, and then placed approximately 0.7 grams on a penphone, which is a local mental medicine, to D, within the G car parked near Gwangju City, in the G car parked near the F of Gwangju City.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.

B. Around July 20, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 600,000 from D to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of E, and thereafter, deposited KRW 600,000 in the foregoing car parked near Gwangju City F, the Defendant provided D with approximately 0.7 gramphones.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.

On August 4, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 600,000 from D to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of E, and then parked in F in the vicinity of Gwangju City, and provided D with approximately KRW 0.7g opon to D.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.

2. Joint purchase of penphones with H;

A. On March 5, 2016, the Defendant conspiredd with H to purchase phiphones, and remitted KRW 650,000 to the bank account used by H around March 5, 2016.

Around 18:00 on the same day, H purchased approximately 0.7 grams from a person whose name is unknown in the Seoul J near Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with a view to 20:00 on the same day, he purchased the above Defendant at his own residence of K and 201 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with H to purchase philophones.

B. The Defendant agreed to purchase philophones with H as above, and then remitted KRW 400,000 to the said bank account used by H around March 11, 2016.

around 19:00 on the same day, H purchased approximately 0.7ghon from P in the M Station near the M Station in the Sungnam-si L, and purchased approximately 0.7gon from P in the 400,000 won, before the same day, Q Station near P in Yangyang-gu P in the 22:00 on the same day.
