Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on November 13, 2015 for a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts, and a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) in the pure Support of the Gwangju District Court on November 13, 2015, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on June 21 of the same month.

[2] The Defendant: (a) leased Nos. 301 and 302 of Etel and Ftel 203 for the purpose of commercial sex acts; (b) recruited female job offer advertisements on the Defendant’s living-friendly G G (tentatively named “I”), J (tentatively named “K”), and L’s Internet website; (c) recruited female job offer advertisements on commercial sex acts; and (d) received text messages and R advertising messages from male customers who reported commercial sex acts, and received KRW 150,000,000,000 from the male customers who received commercial sex acts and received KRW 1,50,000,000 from the female customers who received commercial sex acts, to arrange commercial sex acts by distributing commercial sex acts to women.

On May 18, 2016, the Defendant received 150,000 won from the male S of sexual traffic from the said E E 302, and made the said H and once sexual traffic, which is the female sexual traffic. On the same day, the Defendant received 150,000 won from the male T and received 150,000 won for sexual traffic from the said E 301, and had the said J and the first sexual intercourse with the female sexual traffic, which is the female sexual traffic. From January 18, 2016 to May 18, 2016, the Defendant received 150,000 won for sexual traffic, respectively, from many unspecified male customers, and had them sexual intercourse with the female sexual traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
